These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WDRSC Water Damage Restoration LLC ("WDRSC," "we," "our," or "us") website located at waterdamagerestorationcharlestonsc.online and the professional restoration services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Provided

WDRSC provides professional water damage restoration, emergency water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, sewage cleanup, and related restoration services throughout the Charleston, SC metropolitan area. All services are performed by IICRC certified technicians and are governed by a separate written service agreement executed prior to work commencement.

3. Emergency Response and Dispatch

When you contact WDRSC for emergency services, you represent that you are an authorized occupant or owner of the property, or are acting on behalf of such a person with proper authority. WDRSC reserves the right to decline service requests at its discretion. Our 60-minute response guarantee applies to locations within our standard service area and may be affected by force majeure conditions including major weather events affecting the entire region simultaneously.

4. Service Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided verbally or in writing are good-faith assessments based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Final pricing may differ from initial estimates if hidden damage is discovered during the restoration process. WDRSC will notify you of any material change in scope before proceeding with additional work requiring additional cost. All pricing is governed by your signed service agreement.

5. Insurance Claims

WDRSC works directly with most major homeowner insurance carriers and can assist with claim documentation and adjuster communication. However, WDRSC makes no representation or guarantee regarding the outcome of any insurance claim. Payment of WDRSC invoices is ultimately the responsibility of the property owner regardless of insurance coverage decisions made by your carrier.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by South Carolina law, WDRSC's total liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim. WDRSC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. This limitation does not apply to claims arising from WDRSC's gross negligence or willful misconduct.

7. Warranty

WDRSC warrants that restoration work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with IICRC S500 standards. This warranty covers defects in workmanship for a period of one year from the date of job completion. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from subsequent water intrusion events, pre-existing structural conditions, or client modifications to completed work.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and layout, is the property of WDRSC Water Damage Restoration LLC or its content licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without express written permission from WDRSC.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these Terms or services provided by WDRSC shall first be subject to good-faith mediation. If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Charleston County, South Carolina, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. South Carolina law governs these Terms.
